MSXdev'06 6th entry: Malaika - Prehistoric Quest by Karoshi Corporation

Less than one month after his launching, the 2006 edition of the MSXdev contest seems to become really a great edition, as 6 entries have already been announced and we guess that other projects are also planned, but for the moment kept in private area.

The 6th entry is made by Karoshi Corporations (Jon Cortazar and Eduardo Robsy), who have released in the previous editions a total of 8 games (Duck Hunt, Factory Infection, Griel's Quest for the Sangraal, Guru Logic MSX1, Picture Puzzle, Saimazoom, Snail Maze, Soukoban Pocket Edition).

With an atttractive intro screen, Malaika - Prehistoric Quest will be another platform game ! And we guess that Karoshi Corp. has other surprises in preparation :)

Faster than MRC :)

Actually, the 'post new forumtopic and a reaction to the MSXdev'06 newspost' seems to work very well! Saves us from doing the 'submit news' thing ourselves! ;)

Some more exclusive information:

When Malaika woke up in the morning she noticed she was completely alone!. Her family and friends were nowhere to be found, and she decided to go into an adventure in order to find her tribe pals... what she did not know was that some strange creatures from a different world had kidnapped her tribe and morphed them into energy jewels!. Now she must collect all jewels and search for the way to re-convert everyone again into their human aspect!. Would Malaika be able to face the challenge? :o

This is a brief of the storyline. Soon I'll post more information (and shots)! ;)
