Just use the appropiate DLDI patch to get it working (in your case the one for M3, if it is available, of course).

Bueno, lo he hecho yo por ti y hay un extenso tutorial en castellano: http://www.elotrolado.net/wiki/DLDI_Patcher (http://www.elotrolado.net/wiki/DLDI_Patcher) El programa para parchear el .NDS y el fichero con la versión específica para tu M3 lo tendrás aquí: http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/ (http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/) Vamos, bájate el patcher de esta última web y el fichero DLDI que corresponda a tu flash. Carga el programa, escoge el NDS y selecciona el DLDI, parchea y listos! Creo que el emulador debe estar en la raíz, los juegos puedes tenerlos en otra carpeta.
